Past Incidents

We are currently impacted by Cloudflare's performance issue https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/. Users in the India region might have difficulties accessing their WATIs. We are working with Cloudflare to resolve this.

Update: this has been resolved by Cloudflare now.

We have received multiple reports regarding errors when creating and submitting new templates for approval. Upon further investigation, this looks to be due to a change introduced by WhatsApp that is not backward compatible and we are currently confirming with WhatsApp if their change was intentional.
