We have discovered and also received reports of an issue where the latest incoming messages don't show up in some chats unless the user refreshes the screen or the chat. Our team has been working on a fix and will prepare for a release by April 7.

We have now completed our rollout of the WhatsApp-recommended server version to all affected clients.

There is an issue where operators are unable to highlight text by dragging in team inbox. Our team is currently working on resolving this issue.

WhatsApp has now identified the suitable version for us to use and we are in the progress of switching WhatsApp server versions in multiple phases for those who are affected. Please contact us at hello@wati.io if you would need priority assistance on this particular issue.
